About Consultations

At your first appointment we will listen to you and ask you a series of questions.  Key things we need to understand to make the treatment effective for you are

  1. Your reasons for coming?
  2. What you hope you get out of treatment?

We will then make an assessment and develop a treatment plan for you. We will discuss this with you.

There is no need to be nervous for your first session.  We understand that talking to someone can be a daunting process for many people.  We are experienced in guiding you through this process.

The number of sessions you need will depend on the issues you are dealing with and how quickly you wish to deal with them.  After your first consultation we should be able to provide an indication of your treatment plan.
