Theory and Practice of Mindfulness as a Therapeutic Intervention, Monday September 30
A foundational workshop providing participants with the basics of theory and practice of mindfulness as a therapeutic intervention and an orientation to psychotherapy.
Children, adolescents, adults of all ages and families can be seen without a referral or mental health care plan, with no limit to the number of sessions available.

Gambling is everywhere. We see it in sports, community clubs, hotels, on television, radio, iPads and mobile phones. Without realising it, we can be creating the next generation of gamblers.
Cairnmillar has been involved in treating gambling additions, either individually or in groups, and we strongly support this video series as a preventative way to educate by raising awareness of the unseen, yet pervasive nature of gambling.

This support group allows people to express their feelings and provides a forum for discussion in a safe and confidential environment, amongst peers.
