Cairnmillar is now one of the largest trainers of postgraduate psychologists and counsellors in Australia. We offer an excellent range of clinic services, postgraduate programs in psychology and counselling, and short courses and professional development for the broader community.

About You

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Systems Administrator to join our vibrant, collaborative and community-focused workplace. The ideal candidate needs to align with our values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism and Collaboration. This role offers the candidate an exciting mix of work in all aspects of the Information Technology system support area.

As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for level 1 and 2 service desk operations and for assisting with the maintenance and support of onsite infrastructure and services, Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems and project execution. In this role, you will gain experience working across the areas of Education, Clinical Services and Professional Development programs.

You will need at least 2 years experience in an IT support role and will need to have completed at least your Bachelor's in IT or in a related field or be able to show equivalent relevant work history.

You are confident and competent on the phone, in person and in written communications, and you enjoy helping people.
