Mindfulness involves paying full attention to the present moment. It encourages you to be fully aware of your surroundings, thoughts, feelings and sensations as they take place. Mindfulness is harder than it sounds; however, it can be very rewarding with a little practice.
Managing Unhelpful Worries

Did you know that it is possible to be stressed and not be aware of it? Sometimes we can be so used to feeling rushed or worried that we don’t take the time to check in with how we are feeling.
Stress Reduction

While it is fine to experience a little stress from time to time, ongoing, severe stress can lead to a range of physical and mental health problems. If you have felt stressed, overwhelmed, or have found it difficult to relax for more than two weeks, it is a good idea to prioritise stress management.
Self-Care

Self-care involves taking care of your own physical, emotional and mental health. It is a commitment that you make to yourself, and it involves making healthy choices to protect your own physical and emotional wellbeing.
