Dr Terence Bartholomew
Dr Terence Bartholomew is a Senior clinical psychologist, Senior lecturer, Board Approved Supervisor, and Co-ordinator of the Master of Professional Psychology program. He teaches and provides research and clinical supervision across all CMI graduate programs. His research interests include: psycho-legal areas, addiction, creativity / musicality, and the predictors of treatment success.
Dr Michele Bell
Dr Michele Bell is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor working with students at CMI undertaking their Doctorate or Master of Clinical Psychology programs.
Dr Joanne Brooker
Jo is passionate about inclusivity and diversity research and is currently involved in qualitative studies on the psychosocial wellbeing of refugees and gender diverse people.
Gregory Buck
Greg completed his undergraduate and higher degree training in psychology over the course of a decade whilst working as a full-time secondary school teacher.

Professor Linda Byrne
Prof Linda Byrne is the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Cairnmillar Institute. She is an honorary Professor in the School of Psychology at Deakin University.
Jennifer Coburn
Jennifer has worked at The Cairnmillar Institute since 2018. She is passionate about learning, teaching and the experience of being a reflective practitioner.
Dr Vivienne Colegrove
Dr Vivienne Colegrove is a family therapist and researcher currently lecturing at Cairnmillar in the Counselling and Psychotherapy degree, and supervision of research students. They have expertise in intervention research.
Dr James Collard
Dr James Collard is a clinical psychologist. He has worked in mental health for over 15 years, with experience in both the private and public sectors, including hospitals and community health settings. This has included experience working with people of all ages.
Dr Cat (Catherine) Connaughton
Cat is a mid-career research fellow and health psychologist who has worked part-time in research, clinical practice, teaching, and in consultancy roles for private and public organisations since graduation in 2012.

Sasha is a senior lecturer and researcher with a special interest in cognitive and developmental psychology.
Professor Catriona Davis-McCabe
Catriona is the immediate Past-President of the Australian Psychological Society. She is a Professor of Psychology at Cairnmillar Institute and has worked as an academic for the last 15 years coordinating postgraduate psychology programs and training future psychologists.
Dr Russell Deighton
Russell is a lecturer and research supervisor covering a range of mental health conditions and integrative interventions, with a focus on individualised formulation, as well as trauma, loss and grief, and addiction (especially problem gambling).

Michael is a senior lecturer and counselling psychologist with more than two decades of experience, across clinical practice, teaching and research.
Associate Professor Paul Jenkinson
Dr Paul Jenkinson is an Associate Professor at The Cairnmillar Institute (Melbourne), and an honorary Researcher/Associate Professor at University College London (UK). His research is dedicated to advancing the understanding of human behaviour through the integrated study of the brain and body, and their interactions with the physical and social world (i.e., embodied neuroscience).
Dr Chris Kilby
Chris is the Associate Head of School for Learning and Teaching. Chris employs innovative teaching strategies for online and face-to-face classes in statistics and research methods that focus on problem-focused learning, emotion-focused learning, and narrative-based learning.
Dr Zoë Krupka
Zoë has a background in community development and education, working with refugees and asylum seekers, in homelessness support, with young parents, the federal police, and in men’s health and suicide prevention. Zoë currently works in private practice as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.

Jon is the Course Coordinator for Cairnmillar’s Master of Clinical Psychology (Post-Registration) and co-director of the Centre for Health, Wellbeing and Disability.
Dr Janine McGuinness
Dr Janine McGuinness (formerly Dr Janine Webb) is a Social Psychologist with numerous years of teaching, research and service experience who has served on the Executive of the Australasian Social Psychologists.
Associate Professor RoseAnne Misajon
RoseAnne’s key areas of research include quality of life and subjective wellbeing, particularly, health-related quality of life, as well as subjective wellbeing in diverse populations, particularly minority groups and marginalised populations.
Associate Professor Richard Moulding
Dr Moulding is an Associate Professor and course coordinator of the Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology). He has a BSc(Hons) in psychology, as well as a Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology.
Dr Joseph Sakdalan
Joseph is a Lecturer and a Clinical and Research supervisor. He is also a Senior Psychologist at the Cairnmillar Institute North Melbourne Clinic. Joseph also works as a Principal Psychologist for Court Reports at Forensicare.
Dr Imogene Smith
Imogene is a unit coordinator and lecturer within the Master of Clinical Psychology (post-registration) course. In addition to her academic role, she practices as a Clinical Psychologist at the Cairnmillar Clinic, where she applies her expertise in therapeutic intervention and psychological assessment.
Dr Steven Trawley
Steve gained his Psychology PhD in 2006 from the Human Psychopharmacology Unit at the University of Sussex, UK. After that he spent over ten years working on a diverse range of applied projects in the UK and Ireland.
