Psychology and Counselling Services

Our experienced psychologists specialise in a variety of areas and client groups (e.g., working with adolescents, adults, families, couples, older adults and carers). We have many psychologists to select from which is important as we find that our client outcomes are best when we match clients with the psychologists’ specialist areas.

Our highly experienced clinicians use evidenced based assessment and treatment strategies tailored to individual need. A multitude of diagnostic tests and procedures for all age groups, including children, adults, couples and families, is available.

Did you know that it is possible to be stressed and not be aware of it? Sometimes we can be so used to feeling rushed or worried that we don’t take the time to check in with how we are feeling.

While it is fine to experience a little stress from time to time, ongoing, severe stress can lead to a range of physical and mental health problems. If you have felt stressed, overwhelmed, or have found it difficult to relax for more than two weeks, it is a good idea to prioritise stress management.
