Cecilia has decades of experience working in China for the Australian Government and as a consultant in international business and education. Cecilia has always been very active in her local community, such as being a volunteer mentor for a professional women’s network in Beijing, serving as treasurer of her local Toastmasters club in Melbourne, and as a convener of an NGO which supports thousands of new migrants and international students.

Cecilia has undergone many challenges in her own life; she is keen to underpin the psychotherapy frameworks and tools with her own transformative experiences. She is particularly interested in working with clients facing tough choices and challenges in their careers, personal lives or both. Cecilia looks forward to accompanying her client through the difficult part of their journey, supporting them in obtaining a better understanding of where they are and how they arrived there, restoring strength and confidence, and enabling her clients to build a better self and a brighter future.
