About

Courtney is a Registered Organisational Psychologist with a background in organisational psychology and program co-ordination as well as over 9 years of experience working in occupational rehabilitation and wellbeing. Courtney has worked in the wellbeing space to enhance workplace wellbeing, leading, and delivering initiatives such as employee wellbeing, change management, organisational development, learning and development, workshop facilitation, psychometric assessment, crisis intervention support, onsite services, live chat and online counselling and career/vocational coaching.

Courtney’s passion for people centred practice has enabled her to implement proactive early interventions and support many organisations from a range of industries including education, transport, and emergency services, etc. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the College of Organisational Psychologists (COP) and is also a Board-Approved Supervisor.
