Michelle takes a relational and client-centred approach, and tailors to the therapy to suit the needs of her clients. Michelle has a warm, calm and non-judgmental manner and supports clients to connect with their strengths as they work towards their goals. Through her work Michelle recognises the many impacts of trauma on individuals, relationships and families and uses trauma-informed principles in her practice.

Background and Experience
Since completing her training as a psychologist and clinical family therapist, Michelle has worked with a wide variety of clients in community, health and education settings for over 15 years. Michelle enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and works with individuals, couples or families.
Michelle also enjoys supporting early career psychologists and other professionals through supervision, mentoring and training. She is a Psychology Board of Australia approved psychology supervisor and supervision trainer at the Cairnmillar Institute.
