About
Dr James Collard is a clinical psychologist and academic. He has expertise in areas of clinical and health psychology. James has completed advanced and supervisory training in CBT, including training in the traditional models of Cognitive Therapy (CT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and the more recent “3rd wave” models (eg ACT, MiCBT). In addition to his clinical work, James provides supervision and training in CBT. As an academic, he has conducted research into the role of cognitions and cognitive processes in mental health and on training methods for CBT practitioners.
