About

Jennifer aims to develop a warm and genuine therapeutic relationship with her clients. She takes a client-centred approach in helping individuals work toward their goals. She is passionate about understanding her clients and providing them with a safe and non-judgmental environment in which they can work together to improve or overcome whatever difficulties they are facing.

Jennifer completed her studies at the University of Otago, New Zealand. Her doctoral research focused on the topic of social anxiety in autism spectrum disorders (ASD). She has experience working in adolescent and adult community mental health care settings within the public system, where she worked with individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. She has helped clients with a range of presentations, including trauma, personality disorders, suicidality and self-harm, psychosis, OCD, anxiety, depression, ASD, and cognitive difficulties.
