Clinical Expertise

Francesca has expertise in working with and alongside young people, adults and older adults. She is developing competencies in clinical practice across a range of areas and presentations including depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, interpersonal challenges and neurodiversity. Francesca has work experience in community mental health, advocacy and disability settings and is passionate about strengths-based and -recovery-oriented practice.

Treatment Approaches

Francesca is developing her competencies across a range of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She is passionate about responding creatively to client’s needs, sensory and communication preferences, and walking alongside clients to support them in their mental health and recovery journey.
