Clinical Expertise

Jing is developing her competencies in clinical practice across a range of areas and presenting issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, emotion regulation, grief, adjustment, and interpersonal difficulties. Jing works collaboratively with individuals from various backgrounds and age groups to improve their wellbeing. She aims to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable, supported, and understood.

 

Treatment Approaches

Jing recognises that everyone is unique and utilises client-centered approach to tailor to each client. Jing is developing her competencies across a range of interventions and treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
