Clinical Expertise
- Experienced and versatile senior clinician with extensive experience in mental health service assessment and treatment across the age range, capacity to provide specialist consultation services supporting people with a mental illness, including dual diagnosis complexities. Capacity to work with evidence-based interventions with adults and with children, young people and families. Capacity to work with chronic health conditions including from point of diagnosis, throughout treatment and beyond.
- Extensive experience supervising psychologists at all developmental levels, supervision cross disciplines, and supervision of professionals across sectors such as health, community services and education.
- Provision of education and training at a postgraduate level; provision of industry-relevant training including psychiatric risk assessment and management.
- Mental Health Assessments with a focus on complex or emerging issues (high and low prevalence), capacity to manage risk, and engage systems for care across primary care and acute health.
- Capacity to deliver tailored training packages to a wide variety of audiences from corporate and public sector departments, the community sector, carers and consumers, and mental health professional peers.
