About

Matthew has experience with numerous presentations, concerns, and psychological difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, anger management, impulse control, personality traits, and harmful core beliefs.
Matthew believes it is important to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients, and to provide a space where they feel comfortable, supported, and understood. His approach to therapy and treatment is dynamic and will uniquely cater to his clients.
Outside of work, he thoroughly enjoys spending time with his plants, exercising, and catching up with family and friends.
Matthew has previously worked as a provisional psychologist in a primary school setting, community clinic, and private practice. He currently works in both private practice and a community clinic (Cairnmillar) as a registered psychologist.
