Clinical Expertise

Min offers assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism, and specific learning difficulties for clients across the lifespan. She also works with parents to provide parenting support and sees children, adolescents, and young adults for counselling regarding the following issues:

About

Min is warm, personable, and respectful by nature. She strives to develop a genuine and positive relationship with her clients and believes in empowering them to actively partake in the therapeutic process and problem solve to identify solutions to challenges. Min also believes in a holistic, collaborative approach where she considers the contexts and ecosystems her clients operate within.

Min completed her Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University in 2011. She is a registered psychologist and an Educational and Developmental psychology registrar. Min has extensive experience working in schools, where she has supported children and adolescents with a range of social-emotional difficulties and diverse learning needs as well as supporting schools with identifying whole-school practices to improve student mental health. Min is particularly passionate about working with those who have been affected by developmental trauma and building the capability of school and allied health professionals around trauma-informed practice. Having worked across different roles in the public education system, Min is also experienced in project management having implemented state-wide major health and wellbeing initiatives in Victorian schools.
