About

Nia holds a keen interest in working with a variety of people, utilising a person-centred approach as the foundational component of their therapeutic practice. They also use and integrate approaches such as focussing-oriented therapy, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and IFS (internal family systems).
Nia wholeheartedly believes that each person is the expert of their own inner and outer worlds and therefore has capacity to facilitate change and move through the challenges that one might be facing. They prefer to co-collaborate with people in the therapeutic space, to support people in strengthening their agency, as well as re-connecting with their own inner wisdom and guidance.
