Rachael is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist who aims to develop a genuine therapeutic rapport with her clients and provide a safe, reflective space in which they feel heard and understood. She offers a person-centred approach and works collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
Rachael is experienced in supporting people of all ages and backgrounds. She has several years of experience working in the educational setting and assisting school-aged young people presenting with a range of learning, behaviour, and trauma-based difficulties.
Rachael is also experienced in educational, behavioural, and developmental assessment, as well as supporting individuals with emotion regulation, work- and school-related issues, attachment problems, and adjustment difficulties. She is passionate about supporting families and helping young people to fulfill their potential.
Rachael also has a keen interest in perinatal mental health and working with people as they transition into parenthood and providing support to parents in the early years.
