About

Stefan has a keen interest in psychotherapy as well as transpersonal psychology. He is interested in the particular processes of change through which transformation and healing occur. Consequently, this is what he teaches. This is what he brings to every lecture, whether explicitly or implicitly.

Stefan is constantly witnessing the transforming power of compassion which gives him hope for the recovery of his clients. He is a human being first, and a psychologist second, which is to say that he is more informal than clinical in his outlook and approach. He is curious, warm, and respectful by nature and his appointments follow the same principles.

Stefan has experience and interest in working with older adolescents and adults. He has helped people who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, varying in severity. Prior to working in private practice, he has worked in the public mental health system and in medical settings in hospitals.
