About you:

We are seeking a friendly and adaptable Student Support Officer to join our collaborative and community focused workplace. The ideal candidate needs to align to our values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism, and Collaboration. This role offers the candidate an interesting mix of work within the student administration and reception area.

As a Student Support Officer, you will provide course advice and enrolment information to current and prospective students, support the applications and admissions procedures, and also contribute to general office administration.

You are confident and competent on the phone, in person and in written communications as well as enjoying helping people.

To be considered for this role you will be a customer focused administrator with experience in delivering a variety of administrative tasks. Strong knowledge of MS Office software (including Excel and Word) is required and a relevant degree in psychology or related discipline is desirable.
