Anita has worked with children and adolescents in community-based roles with a focus on building self-esteem, emotional regulation strategies and providing learning support. Anita also has experience supporting people across the lifespan with a variety of experiences and diverse backgrounds and is committed to providing compassionate and tailored support to help clients improve their psychological wellbeing.
