Marie believes that meaningful therapeutic change begins with an authentic collaboration built on trust, empathy, and deep listening. Her aim is to create a supportive space where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered. Marie recognises that experiences of safety, trust, wellbeing, and mental health are deeply personal and shaped by each individual’s lived experiences and cultural context. Rather than making assumptions, she works collaboratively with one person at a time, honouring their understanding of their experiences and emotions. Through curiosity, compassion, and respect, she supports clients in exploring what is significant to them, deepening self-awareness and self-understanding, and moving towards meaningful, lasting change.
