About

Arlene approaches her work with curiosity, care, and respect for each person’s individual experience. She values creating a space where clients feel seen, heard and respected, and where therapy can move at a pace that feels manageable.

Arlene has experience supporting adults with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related difficulties. She has counselled and supported neurodivergent people, women who have experienced family violence, people from refugee and migrant backgrounds and First Nations people. Arlene works in partnership with clients and adapts her approach to suit the individual, with a focus on exploration and emotional safety.
