Bree has experience delivering tailored, evidence-based mental health support to diverse individuals across the lifespan. She has supported clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and neurodevelopmental diversity.

Bree provides a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and what works best for them.

 

Bree brings a broad range of experience in the mental health field, including counselling, mental health program facilitation, wellbeing consulting, and administrative support. She has designed and delivered programs to diverse audiences on topics such as psychological first aid, supporting individuals in crisis, resilience, and stress management. Bree also has experience providing tailored, evidence-based one-on-one support across the lifespan, working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, grief and loss, and neurodivergent presentations.
