Brigid’s approach is informed by person-centred and humanistic principles. She offers a warm, non-judgmental space to work with clients, at their pace, to make sense of what they are experiencing and clarify what they want for themselves.

Brigid brings to her counselling placement work more than 25 years in corporate environments, giving her a grounded understanding of the demands many adults face and the toll these can take on wellbeing and relationships. She aims to offer compassionate support toward greater inner clarity.
