About

As a therapist, Callum believes that each individual already possesses an innate capacity for healing and change. His work is deeply informed by both the ‘evidence-based’ approach of western medicine and the ‘holistic body-mind’ approach of eastern wisdom, and he gently supports clients’ inner journey to safely explore early traumatic experiences while fostering self-discovery and self-awareness in the healing process. He is attentive to the body’s wisdom through both verbal and nonverbal communication, helping clients integrate feelings, thoughts and behaviour with embodied awareness, and offering a safe space where grief or anger can be expressed freely. Callum has spent time on retreat in Nepal and is also a musician and educator, currently teaching at Monash University.
