Candela has experience working across public and private hospital contexts with adults as well as children experiencing a wide range of conditions, within psychodynamically-informed frameworks.
Treatment Approaches
Candela’s experience spans paediatric inpatient settings, where she supported children through the emotional challenges of hospitalisation using therapeutic play, and adult outpatient contexts, where she provided sustained therapeutic care to individuals with a wide range of presentations. She is passionate about implementing an integrative approach combining a psychodynamic foundation with evidence-based CBT modalities.
