Treatment Approaches

Drawing on approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dorsa tailors therapy to the individual, supporting clients to develop a greater understanding of themselves and work towards meaningful change.

About

Alongside her clinical work, Dorsa has a strong interest in research. Her doctoral research explores the role of shame and self-compassion in OCD, reflecting her interest in understanding the experiences that shape wellbeing and bringing this understanding into her work with clients.
