About

Julianne is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor with experience across private practice, public health services, and higher education. Her clinical work focuses on supporting adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, trauma responses, and adjustment to life challenges.

She draws on evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Julianne has also authored peer-reviewed publications in psychology and taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her teaching areas have included professional ethics, counselling skills, and contemporary clinical interventions.
