About

Fairlie is a registered Psychologist, with extensive experience in training, clinical and wellbeing settings, and over 30 years of industry experience. She is also a Master Instructor in Mental Health First Aid, and a Mental Fitness Trainer.

She has focused on trauma related mental health and wellbeing, and has worked in psychiatric hospitals, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (both the Queensland and Victorian divisions), Phoenix Australia, and Fire Rescue Victoria.

Fairlie has also been employed in a range of First Nations environments and workplaces, which have included working in remote, rural, regional and urban settings. Her RFDS work in QLD, as well as her work with the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health, were solely focused on social and emotional wellbeing for First Nations people. She has a strong understanding of trans-generational and inter-generational trauma, and a passion for post traumatic growth.
