Leah is passionate about supporting individuals to build self-understanding, emotional resilience, and meaningful connections. Leah has worked with clients across different life stages and values creating a safe, collaborative space where people feel heard and supported. She is particularly interested in helping clients navigate life transitions, strengthen self-worth, and access resilience to manage stress and interpersonal challenges.

 

Leah’s work is informed by an understanding of how language, identity, and relational patterns intersect with emotional wellbeing, alongside a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-aware perspective. She brings a warm, grounded presence to sessions and values reflective, collaborative practice. Committed to ethical, strengths-based work, Leah continues to develop her clinical skills through postgraduate training and professional development, supporting clients to cultivate emotional safety, agency, and self-understanding.
