Mitzi has a background in people‑centred and organisational roles, supporting individuals through workplace and life challenges. She is currently completing postgraduate psychology training and developing her clinical skills under supervision.
Mitzi works with adults and adolescents experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, life transitions, workplace pressures, and relationship or family concerns. She enjoys supporting clients across a broad range of presentations and is developing her skills across general mental health.
