Rianna creates an inclusive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves. She values diversity across culture, sexual identity, gender identity, and neurodiversity, and strives to ensure each person feels heard, respected, and supported in ways that are meaningful to them.

Treatment Approaches

Rianna views therapy as a shared process, taking the time to understand each person’s experiences and working alongside them to develop goals that feel relevant and achievable.
Rianna takes a flexible, client-centred approach, adapting her work to each individual’s needs and goals while drawing on a broad range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy, among others.

Rianna’s background includes teaching children in the Philippines, contributing to youth mental health advocacy with ReachOut Australia, and working with older adults through the Australian Red Cross. These experiences have shaped her flexible, client-centred approach and her confidence in working with individuals across the lifespan.
