Clinical Expertise

Tamara has clinical experience working with clients across the lifespan, with diverse cultures, religions, genders, sexualities, and presentations. This includes depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex PTSD.

Treatment Approaches

Tamara works collaboratively to tailor her therapeutic approach to the needs of the client, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.

Tamara has worked as a registered counsellor since 2021 in various settings. This has included working with children, adolescents, adults, refugees, asylum seekers, and incarcerated women. Tamara has a particular interest in the areas of trauma and neurodivergence.
