Ageing With Expectation (AWE)

AWE explores ideas on how ageing individuals can increase resilience and life satisfaction through everyday actions.

We invite you to join us each month as we uncover how we can all live the latter part of our lives with more passion and enjoyment.

The Ageing With Expectation (AWE) Group was founded by Emeritus Professor Francis Macnab AM who specialised in coping with the stresses and anxieties of ageing and helping adults become more adaptive in their later years.

Prof Kathryn von Treuer, from the Cairnmillar Institute, in partnership with Rev. Dr. Steven Koski, from the First Presbyterian Church in Bend, Oregon, USA, are delighted to continue the AWE group with honour to Emeritus Professor Francis Macnab AM - May his rich legacy continue.

Dr Macnab's book Ageing Well is available for $20 plus postage, by emailing: [email protected].
